God as a resource for help
Though I personally am guided by Biblical teachings, I do not impose my views on clients, but rather meet them where they are, and offer Christian resources if it is requested or acceptable. Therefore, I do not limit this counseling practice to just Christians.
Christian counseling brings to the counseling process, not only the master’s degree in counseling, the tools and license of the mental health professional, and the wisdom of life experience. In addition, the Christian counselor brings freeing truths of the Bible and the power of God into the session if that is desired.
